The first building Ashima Engineering finished. It went up on a Santoshpur plot belonging to a family who decided to develop rather than sell, and it is named after the founder’s daughter.

Eight flats over three floors. It set the pattern for everything that came after, joint-venture terms, a small building, and the owner’s share written down before anything was signed.
